Founded in 1892, Bob Martin provides pet treatment and nutrition products.
During lockdown, like many FMCG businesses, Bob Martin shifted its focus from in-store to online sales. With an increased online presence and refreshed website, the business also needed a corresponding upgrade of its eCommerce process.
Working with Manchester-based agency JB Cole, I wireframed and designed a streamlined user journey to optimise the process of browsing, selecting and purchasing products.


The website uses WooCommerce for its eCommerce framework, which provides smooth and flexible shopfront, basket and checkout functionality. This allows users to select from a range of products, and payment and delivery methods.
